Returns Policy

You can return your items for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) if you return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your return is accepted, your items must meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from odours (including perfume).
Items must have no marks or stains, and all tags and hygiene liners must remain attached.
Once the hygiene liner or sticker is removed, we are unable to accept the return.

Return Processing Fee

Returns requesting a refund will incur a $10 AUD label fee to cover return shipping costs.
Once your return is processed, the full order amount will be refunded minus the label fee.
